Your Marriage License is your official permission from the County Clerk and the State to get married. Once you have your license, you’re ready for your wedding ceremony.

We are authorized agents of the County Clerk’s Office, which means we can issue you a Confidential Marriage License right here at our chapel.

Here’s everything you need to know to complete your
Marriage License Application quickly and correctly.

Step 1: Complete the Application

  • Fill out the form below completely.
  • If something doesn’t apply, write N/A.
  • Click SUBMIT at the bottom of the page.

Step 2: Choose How to Receive It

You can:
  • Have us deliver your license to you, OR
  • Pick it up at our Long Beach office

Step 3: Meet the 3 Requirements

1. Valid Photo ID
2. Living Together
  • You must confirm that you live together (we don’t ask for proof).
  • If you do not live together, you’ll need to get a Public License directly from the County Clerk’s Office.
3. Proof of Dissolution (if applicable)
  • If you were married or divorced in the last 2 years, you must provide proof.
  • Upload it at the bottom of the form, or send it by text/email.

Important Notes

  • Be sure to list your mother’s maiden name (the name at birth or listed on your birth certificate).
