The right music sets the mood. The right decorations set the scene. Together, they make your Wedding Ceremony feel like you.
Whether you want something classic and romantic, modern and colorful, elegant and simple, or completely themed, we can help create the right atmosphere for your special day.
Is Ceremony Music Included?
Yes. We have a selection of pre-selected ceremony music ready for you, or you can create your own custom list of songs.
Music may be played for the entrance, during a special ceremony moment, and for the recessional after you are pronounced married.
Tell us your music choices before the wedding so we can prepare them. “We will decide when we get there” sounds relaxed, but it usually becomes six people scrolling through Spotify while the ceremony is supposed to begin.
What Music Should We Choose?
Entrance Music
This plays while one or both people getting married enter the ceremony. It may be romantic, traditional, instrumental, dramatic, fun, or completely unexpected.
Recessional Music
This plays after the first kiss and pronouncement while the newly married couple exits or celebrates with their guests.
Guest-Seating Music
Soft background music may be played while guests arrive and take their seats, depending on the ceremony setup and timing.
Special-Moment Music
A special song may be used during a unity ceremony, memorial moment, family presentation, or another meaningful part of the ceremony.
Can We Request a Specific Song?
Yes, in most cases. Please provide the exact song title, artist, and preferred version.
Many songs have live versions, acoustic versions, remixes, covers, clean versions, and one version your partner absolutely hates. A link helps us make sure we use the right one.
Can We Use Our Own Playlist?
Yes. You may provide a short ceremony playlist or a list of exact songs for each moment.

Please do not send us a 200-song playlist and ask us to “feel the vibe.” We are very talented, but we are not psychic DJs.
Is the Indoor Chapel Already Decorated?
Yes. The Indoor Chapel is fully decorated and ready for your Wedding Ceremony.
You do not need to bring an arch, chairs, aisle decorations, or a complete decorating team. The chapel already provides a beautiful, finished setting for your ceremony.
The Indoor Chapel also includes beautiful decorative details and elegant candles to help create a warm, romantic atmosphere.
What Outdoor Decoration Packages Are Available?
Outdoor decoration packages are available for the Tropical Terrace.
Package options may include decorated arches, draping, silk floral accents, aisle-chair décor, railing décor, colors, and other available enhancements.

Can We Choose Our Colors?
Yes. We can often coordinate requested colors through draping, silk florals, candle colors, and other available decorative elements.
Provide your preferred colors as early as possible. Specific shades, floral combinations, or unusual themes may require additional planning or custom materials.
“Pink” can mean blush, rose, dusty rose, hot pink, mauve, champagne pink, or apparently fourteen other colors invented by the wedding industry. A photo helps.
Can We Have a Personalized Arch?
Yes. Outdoor arch options may be personalized with available draping, silk floral designs, colors, and themed decorative elements.
Send us inspiration photos and tell us what you love about them. We may not copy another designer’s work exactly, but we can use the images to understand your style.
Custom work may require additional materials, setup time, availability, and fees.
Can We Bring Our Own Decorations?
Possibly, with advance approval.
Small personal items such as a framed photograph, bouquet, sign, ring box, guest book, or meaningful keepsake may be allowed if they fit safely within the ceremony space and appointment time.
All personal decorations must be approved before the wedding. You are responsible for bringing them, setting them up within the approved time, and removing them immediately afterward unless another arrangement has been confirmed.
Are There Decorations We Cannot Use?
Some items may be restricted because of fire safety, cleanup, building rules, damage risks, or the limited time between ceremonies.
- Open flames or real candles
- Loose glitter or confetti
- Rice, birdseed, or other toss items
- Loose flower petals
- Adhesives, nails, staples, or anything that may damage surfaces
- Large installations, arches, backdrops, or furniture
- Balloons, smoke effects, fog machines, or pyrotechnics
- Anything blocking an aisle, doorway, railing, elevator, or exit
Contact us before purchasing or bringing décor so we can confirm what is permitted.
Can We Have a Themed Wedding?
Absolutely. We love themed ceremonies and couples who want their wedding to feel personal.
Themes may be elegant, seasonal, cultural, colorful, playful, romantic, gothic, Halloween-inspired, Disney-inspired, superhero-inspired, cosplay, Elvis, or something that only the two of you fully understand.
Tell us your theme early so we can discuss music, décor, ceremony wording, attire, photography, and any special setup.
Can We Include Memorial Photos or Meaningful Items?
Yes. A small framed photograph, flower, charm, keepsake, or another meaningful item may be included to honor someone important who cannot be present.
Tell the Wedding Officiant in advance if you would also like a short memorial acknowledgment included in the ceremony.

Is the Indoor Chapel fully decorated?
Yes. The Indoor Chapel is fully decorated and ready for your Wedding Ceremony.
Where can we see outdoor decoration packages?

Can we choose our entrance and recessional songs?
Yes. Send us the exact song titles, artists, and preferred versions before the wedding.
Can we use a song from YouTube or Spotify?
Usually, yes. Send us the exact link in advance so we can confirm the correct version and availability.
Can we bring our own flowers?
Yes. Personal bouquets are always welcome. Only artificial flower petals may be scattered by a flower girl or flower person. Real flower petals are not permitted. Larger floral installations or arch flowers require advance approval.
Can we decorate the chapel ourselves?
The Indoor Chapel is already fully decorated. Small personal touches may be allowed with advance approval.
Can we have a holiday or themed wedding?
Yes. Seasonal, holiday, cultural, colorful, and themed weddings are welcome. Tell us your plans early so we can discuss available options.
Can we bring candles?
Open flames and real candles require advance approval and may not be permitted. Ask us about safer decorative alternatives.
Who removes personal decorations?
You are responsible for removing personal decorations immediately after the ceremony unless another arrangement has been confirmed in writing.
