Do You Offer a Photography Package?

Yes. We offer a chapel photography package for couples who want us to capture their Wedding Ceremony and take posed photographs afterward.

$99 Photography Package

After the wedding, we upload the photographs to an online gallery where you can view and download them. You may also order prints through the gallery.

For an additional $10, we can place the photographs on a USB drive. Preparing the USB generally takes about 20 minutes.

Let us know before the wedding if you want the photography package so we can allow the proper time and make sure someone is ready to capture the moment.

What Photos Are Usually Taken?

Every wedding is a little different, but the chapel photography service may include a combination of:

The exact number and type of photographs depend on the ceremony, guest count, available time, and the cooperation of everyone being photographed. We can make people smile. We cannot promise Uncle Bob will stop blinking.

Can We Bring Our Own Photographer?

Yes. You are welcome to bring your own professional photographer.

Please tell us in advance so we can explain the ceremony-space rules, arrival time, and where the photographer may stand.

Your photographer should work quietly, avoid blocking the aisle or Wedding Officiant, and respect the scheduled appointment time. The chapel may have another Wedding Ceremony before or after yours, so extra photography time must be approved in advance.

Can Our Guests Take Pictures?

Absolutely. We want you to have all the memories you can from your wedding day.

Guests may take as many photographs as they like unless the couple requests an unplugged ceremony.

We ask guests to remain seated or stand in an approved area, silence their phones, turn off distracting sounds, and avoid stepping into the aisle during important moments.

Please remind guests not to block the couple, the Wedding Officiant, or the person taking the official photographs. A beautiful first-kiss picture should feature the newlyweds, not twelve phones and the back of Cousin Steve's head.

Can We Request an Unplugged Ceremony?

Yes. An unplugged ceremony asks guests to put away their phones and cameras so they can be fully present.

Tell the Wedding Officiant before the ceremony, and we can make a friendly announcement asking guests to silence and put away their devices.

You may also choose a halfway option. Guests can remain unplugged during the vows and ring exchange, then take all the pictures they want after the first kiss.

Can We Record the Wedding Ceremony?

Yes. You are welcome to record your Wedding Ceremony at no additional charge using your own phone, camera, or video equipment.

You may also bring your own videographer. Please let us know in advance so we can coordinate where the camera will be placed.

Cameras, tripods, cords, lights, and microphones must not block the aisle, exits, guests, or ceremony area. Large professional setups require advance approval.

Ask us about current chapel video-recording availability if you would like our team to handle the recording. Availability and pricing may vary.

Can We Livestream Our Wedding?

Yes. Livestreaming is a wonderful way to include loved ones who cannot attend in person.

You may arrange your own livestream using a phone, tablet, laptop, or another service. Please assign one reliable person to operate it. The couple should not be troubleshooting passwords while standing at the altar.

The chapel also offers a private Zoom option.

$50 Private Zoom Package

We can set up a private Zoom session so invited friends and family can watch the Wedding Ceremony from their homes, phones, tablets, or computers.

The Zoom package should be arranged and paid for before the wedding so we can prepare the meeting information and equipment.

How Does the Zoom Livestream Work?

1. Tell us you would like to add the private Zoom package.
2. We prepare the private meeting details.
3. You share the information with the people you want to invite.
4. Guests join remotely before the ceremony begins.
5. We position the device so remote guests can watch the Wedding Ceremony.

Remote guests should join early, mute their microphones, and make sure their display names are appropriate. Your grandmother joining as “iPad 7” is acceptable. Your college roommate joining with an unprintable nickname is less ideal.

Is Livestreaming Guaranteed to Work Perfectly?

We do our best to provide a smooth livestream experience, but livestreaming depends on internet service, equipment, software, power, and the devices used by remote guests.

Temporary interruptions, frozen screens, delayed audio, or connection problems can happen. For that reason, livestreaming should be treated as a helpful way to share the ceremony, not as a guaranteed broadcast production.

We recommend recording the ceremony separately whenever possible so you still have a copy if a remote guest experiences a connection problem.

Can We Use FaceTime, YouTube, Facebook, or Another Platform?

You may use your own preferred platform as long as you provide the device, account, connection, and person responsible for operating it.

Make sure the platform's privacy settings match what you want. A private wedding should not accidentally become public content for everyone who follows your cousin.

Our chapel-provided livestream option is currently based on a private Zoom session.

Can We Take Photos in Both Chapel Spaces?

This depends on the day's schedule, weather, package, and availability of the Indoor Chapel and Tropical Terrace.

We only perform one ceremony at a time, but another couple may be scheduled before or after you. Ask us in advance if you would like photographs in both spaces so we can tell you what is possible.

How Much Time Do We Have for Pictures?

Photography time is based on your package and the chapel schedule.

We will capture the important moments and take posed photographs as efficiently as possible. Large guest groups, multiple combinations, outfit changes, elaborate equipment, or extended photo sessions may require additional time and advance approval.

Have your most important photo combinations ready before the wedding. “Couple with parents” is quick. “Couple with every possible version of the family tree” may need a spreadsheet.

Delivery timing can depend on the appointment schedule and the number of photographs taken. Ask our team for the current estimated gallery delivery time when adding the package.

If you purchase the optional USB, it generally takes approximately 20 minutes to prepare.
